If you don’t remember or know who Smush Parker is, we don’t blame you.

But in case you don’t, he’s the former NBA player who’s had stints on clubs such as the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers. His stay with the Lakers is probably more well known, as it was rumored he had a falling out with the coach Phil Jackson, that led to his departure from the team.

Parker though claims it wasn’t his relationship with Jackson, rather it’s star player Kobe Bryant, saying “the problems start and end with him.”

First it was the rumors about him being unfaithful to his wife and now this.

A former business partner of Dwayne Wade, Richard Von Houtman, has said that he has seen the married Wade and his entourage hold sex parties and doing drugs at a Miami Beach apartment rented by the NBA player.

Of course, Wade’s publicist says that these allegations are just “fairy tales” and why shouldn’t they? With the rumors of Wade cheating on his wife, and if these rumors do have any truth to them, the squeaky clean, religious image of Wade would be ruined.

But really though, should this come as any shock? What famous, star athlete hasn’t made some of these mistakes. It’s just like when we found out Michael Jordan was getting a divorce from his wife for infidelity. We were shocked, but at the same time, not so much.

Utah Jazz fans would love to see Carlos Boozer stick around.

But not everyone in life get what they want. Just ask Cleveland.

Carlos Boozer has hinted at Team USA camp that he will be signing a contract with the Jazz next season when he is eligible. His Jazz and fellow Olympian teammate Deron Williams recently signed a $70 million contract with the Jazz, now everyone is wondering if Boozer will jump ship like he did in Cleveland or head to warmer climates. Miami?

Here is what Boozer has said:

“He’s going to be smiling for the next four years” because of his new contract worth up to $70 million, Boozer said. “And we will, too, because we’ll have him on our side.”

“We”, Carlos? As in you and the Jazz?

“We’ve been talking about our combination . . . for two years already,” Boozer added, “so we already have our thing lined up.”

There is that “we” word again.

This man likes to play with people’s emotions. Just spit it out already!

Looks like the Diesel is making a stop in Phoenix.

Shaquille O’Neal was traded yesterday to the Phoenix Suns, for Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks.

The Suns hope that by bringing Shaq to the desert, it will help them with their undersized, low post presence, while the Miami Heat receive one of the top forwards in the league who’s been wanting out of Phoenix for some time.

I’m not too sure how the deal will help the Suns out the gate, with Shaq still nursing a hip injury and has been having the worst year of his professional career, averaging 14.2 points and 7.8 rebounds. The move would also be able to plant Amare Stoudamire into his more natural power forward position.

The Heat though get a proven scoring threat in Marion and someone who can run alongside Dwayne Wade.

Until Shaq is able to suit up, that big body won’t be filling up the paint down low. But what it will do is fill up a seat on the bench and about $20 million in salary cap space.

Is Dwayne Wade the next NBA athlete in line to test out his acting chops? Spit out some raps on a hip hop album? It’s starting to look that way. As if South Beach wasn’t enough to handle, Flash is gonna get a bit more flashy in Hollywood after he just signed on with the William Morris Agency.

Guess we can only sit back and see what Wade thinks he’s got other talent in. If history is anything to go by, lets just hope he’s not just another athlete who thinks he can act or rap.
