Well, the nice folks down at Forbes have come out with this year’s list of the NBA’s most valuable franchises. And what do you know, one of the worst teams in the league is worth the most.

The New York Knicks top the list, being valued at $613 million. Apparently, placement in the standings doesn’t factor into their worth.

Here are the top five teams:

1. New York Knicks:$613 million
2. Los Angeles Lakers: $584 million
3. Chicago Bulls: $504 million
4. Detroit Pistons: $480 million
5. Cleveland Cavaliers: $477 million

If you’re curious who’s at the bottom of the list, that would be the Milwaukee Bucks at $278 million.
