Although they are going through some legalities concerning whether or not it is OK for them to sell the toy because Michael Vick is wearing his NFL jersey on the doll, it seems that they are still trying to sell the item.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT try to purchase the Vick Dog Chew Toy. The owner of Showibiz Promotions is a crook. I purchased 6 of them for almost $78 on August 7. After several “production delays” I received an email that it would be sent on Oct 29. No toy. No answer to emails or phone calls. No refund. Nothing.
