Quite simply, I think the charm of opening a kitchen drawer and finding one huge spoon, a tiny plastic fork and a dull butter knife has finally worn thin. I need a solid “complete” set of flatware.

Perhaps this is just a phenomenon in my home, but I can’t hold on to a full set of flatware to save my life. I’m forever missing forks (except those teeny salad forks–I have an overabundance of those) and spoons.  Seriously, I lose socks less often than butter knives. It’s very mysterious.
