We all know how complicated it is to decorate a room, (choosing the right furniture, the right colors), and it definitely gets more complicated when the room is not that big. Don’t worry, I’m gonna help you out today giving you some tips to make small rooms look bigger.

First of all, the most important thing is the light. If the room has big windows it’s easier. But if it doesn’t the trick would be painting the walls in a color like yellow, or white. Remember - LIGHT colors make rooms bigger, DARK colors make rooms smaller.

Second, don’t ever decorate the walls. Why do I say this? If we paint lines, or hang some pictures, paintings, whatever, it will reduce the real size of the room, and we really don’t want that.

Third my friends, the furniture! It has to be light too, we don’t want dark things. Always remember our aim is to create a warm lightened open space.
