The Tower Space Heater offers heat in 360 degrees and allows the heat to quickly disperse from all sides. Which ultimately maximizes heating efficiency. Cooktop and Built-in Microwave Drawer

Sharp Built-in Microwave Drawer - Discount Appliances

I am a renter, but I do not like those track home apartments. You know the ones I mean, the generic duplex styles with the carbon copy apartments and paper thin walls. Completely void of character and substance. So I tend to rent older places with creative nooks and crannies. The only problem is that older places tend to have little quirks like old electrical sockets that you need to buy adapters for or in the case of my current place, literally not enough electrical sockets!

Well I have been debating whether I should purchase a microwave. I have been leaning against it since my current theory is that any food that can be “nuked” is not good for you. But truth is, I am not much of a cook and am often on the go so the idea of warming my food quickly is mighty appealing.

Another problem is that my kitchen counter space is limited. So I hesitate to monopolize a large percentage of the kitchen top with a microwave. Which is why I think this built in microwave slash stove top is a down right nifty idea.

Here check it out: Sharp Built-in Microwave Drawer

Sharp KB5121KS 2-in-1 cooking center features a microwave drawer and a ceramic electric cooktop that offers excellent design flexibility and is an ideal companion to wall ovens.

The glass ceramic electric cooktop features four heating elements plus a warming zone, while the microwave offers 1000W and is large enough to hold a 9” x 13” oblong dish. The cooktop offers easy to use knobs that control the burners and a backlit active touch screen guides you through the microwave cooking process. This unit is built-in ready for easy installation with no additional trim kit or ventilation required.

     Comparable Price - $1338.00 (lowest) - $1469.00 (highest)

Grind Your Meat? Save Money on Low Priced Food Grinders

Discount Kitchen Appliances - KitchenAid Food Grinder - JCPenney.com

Truth be told I have never cooked anything that required grinding meat in such a manner. However I should preface with a warning that I may be the only girl on the planet that can’t even boil an egg! I either leave them too long on the stove and they crack and get too boiled, or I pull them out too soon and they are all runny and gross inside. I have NO timing for cooking.

Plus when I saw this image the first thing that popped into my head was my youth playing with my play-doh factory and squeezing toxic blue play-doh through the ringer! :)

I am absolutely certain that you are not only excellent cooks but know how to utilize such a fancy food grinder.

The featured KitchenAid Food Grinder from JCPenney.com is currently on Sale.

    was $59.99 NOW $49.99

By the way if you would like to share recipes on how to use a food grinder, please do.  Lord knows I could use all the help I can get. - Michelle

    Glass Heating Panel from Thermoglance

This glass heating panel from Thermoglance takes us away from traditional metal radiators that are clunky and let’s face it, does not necessarily add to the aesthetic of a room!

Thermoglance radiators can be controlled by a chronothermostat which detects the room temperature and adjusts the heat accordingly. The glass heating panel is so easy to install, the floor or wall-mounted heating panels simply need an electric power socket. Space-saving, stunning and silent, glass heating panels are the way of the future.

See how elegant and unassuming the glass heating panels are in real life situations:

I like it! Nothing wrong with traditional metal radiators, but the way I see it life is all about having options.
