You might remember Coolio from his famous song, “Gangster’s Paradise.”Remember him from much else? Not me. He pretty much disappeared without anyone noticing. Well, I did notice the other day, so I decided 
to look him up. Guess what I found?
Word around town is that Coolio’s back as a chef. After years off the radar, he’s been working on a cooking show filled with original recipes. I’ve watched a couple of these, and they are absolutely hilarious. The video’s probably aren’t what you need if you’re cooking with young kids, but if you’re old enough to watch PG-13 movies, then you are old enough to absolutely love these.
Soul Rolls? Tricked Out Westside Tilapia? Coolio’s brilliance leaves me speechless.
I read in an interview that he has had a passion for cooking his whole life. Apparently he’s been cooking with his mother since he was a young child. From professional rapper to professional chef: talk about a real personality.
