Henckels makes good knives but I mostly own Global knives they very refined, sharp, strong and clean. I love the unique styles of these chef knives.
Global Steak Knife Sets are well balanced, comfortable feel good in the hand because when I am cooking comfort is my main priority. I will try Henckels again.
