For those of you who have been waiting to add to your superhero DVD collection, today is a great day for you.

THE DARK KNIGHT, or Batman 2 if you want to get technical, came out today. Whether it’s Blu-ray, HD, or just your normal DVD, pick one up. Check out the different here types here on Smarter.com.

If you can’t wait for it to come in the mail, then I recommend Target. They usually have deals on movies the first week they come out.

Do you remember when the Star Wars movies would come out and everyone would wait outside in long lines, dressed up in their favorite character from the movies?

With the new Batman movie coming out, The Dark Knight, wouldn’t it be nice to take it up another notch and roll up to the premiere in your own original Batmobile from the Tim Burton Batman movies?

Holy rusted metal! You mean we can!?! (Sorry, that was my poor attempt at a Robin quote).

Anyways, right now on eBay, this Batmobile owner is selling one of the five original cars from the movies. Despite the lack of doors (you’ll have to be limber enough to jump through the roof), it does come with a 5.7 liter engine hidden beneath that 20-feet frame.

Cape, Bat Cave and traits to becoming a vigilante of the night are not included.

So this week I contributed to the $77.2 million that I Am Legend made in its opening weekend and I recommend everybody to go see it. It was a good flick. But most importantly in the trailers, I got a glimpse of The Dark Knight. For those of you who haven’t seen it yet, I had to post it. The only thing now is that I have to wait until next summer to get my Batman and Joker fix.
