It’s the little things that can help to make learning more enjoyable.

Like for instance, the ABC3D pop-up book.

What better way to learn the alphabet than by having the words pop right at you? It make seem remedial at first, but by the looks of it, you just want to keep flipping the pages to see what unique way the letter will pop-up at you.

After AOL’s purchase of the social networking Bebo and having said that they are going to implement their AIM service into the site, Facebook is trying to get into the race.

MySpace already has their own messaging service, so Facebook better catch up with the rest of the gang and get something out their for their users.

Third parties such as Social.IM and FriendVox  have tried set up message applications on Facebook, but they have had no luck catching on.

Not much is known about the new service, but it has been said that it can launch as soon as next week.

Great news for people who are looking to waste more time at work or students procrastinating on homework.

OK, so I may have pushed it with the Martian bit, but there really was an avalanche on Mars. Four of them.

NASA has just recently released these photos of the avalanches on Mars that occurred last month and said they were caught by accident. While monitoring Mars’ north pole for climate changes in the carbon-dioxide covered cap, the satellite Mars Reconnaissaince Orbiter took these photos during it’s routine mission, which reached the planet in 2006.

They estimate that the avalanche broke apart a 2,300 foot-cliff that kicked up huge debris clouds that spanned as wide as 590 feet.

Put in two gallons, and drive 300 miles.

Yes, you read that right. A car that is able to drive 300 miles on only a couple gallons of fuel. Well, it’s diesel instead of gas, but who cares!

The German made Loremo can drive between 130 to 150 miles a gallon and the car does it by cutting back on everything else. It is built to reduce on drag, weight and even the side-opening doors!

Think this car is just an idea? Think again.

It’s going to go into production next year in Europe and will be a very affordable $22,000 or 15,000 euros.

On this morning show, this gadget guy show us all the necessary tools to play OO7 on your kids to see what they are IMing, texting and amongst other things. They can even retrieve deleted text messages. This stuff is creepy.

And you know that parents aren’t the only ones looking to buy this stuff.

You know there is a guy out there who wants to know what his girlfriend is giggling about every time she reads a text message on her phone and she says, “oh, it’s just from my friend Chris.”

Chris is not a girl dude, I hate to break it to you.

Not too long ago, I wrote a post about how Nike had released the Transformers shoes to celebrate the release of the movie. Well, it looks like they now have a bit of competition.

Reebok has come up with a shoe of their own, the Voltron series. You guys remember them don’t you? The cartoon show that featured five lion robots that formed into one giant fighting machine.

Before you get too excited for this piece of footwear, I must warn you. This shoe is only available in Singapore at the moment. Score one for Transformers.

I see an intergalactic battle on the horizon.
