Nintendo May Have a Lawsuit on their Hands
It looks like Nintendo wasn’t the first to come out with the motion controller it has for its Nintendo Wii. If this video holds true to its date, former Midway employee Patrick Goschy and others may have been the first. Goschy and possibly some other unnamed parties may file a suit against Nintendo for patent violation. As shown in this video, Goschy has clearly come up with a similar controller to that of the Wii, but only this one is used for the old school Dreamcast.
This is all a rumor for now, so treat it as that. The news was first reported from a local Fox news source.
