Cellphone Jammer Cuts Out Annoying Callers

So the other night, I was watching an episode of Californication, and in it the main character Hank was in a movie theater when the guy in front of him gets a cell phone call and starts having a conversation. Well, needless to say, Hank had enough of it and pummeled him to the ground amidst applause from the entire audience.

Now, we’ve all encountered someone like this. The “annoying cell phone guy” who doesn’t care where or how loud he talks on his phone, but check out this little device that can put an end it to his call nonviolently.

For a mere $166, you can knock out and scramble any calls within a 30-foot radius. And it’s small enough to keep hidden so people won’t know you’re causing havoc to their signal.

And if you don’t have the cash for this, then you can always do what Hank did and fill the room full of uppercuts.

Google Announces Video Advertising on YouTube for 2008

One of the nice things about YouTube is that when you go on there to watch a video, you don’t have to deal with the annoying advertisements, but that is about to change.

Google has announced that beginning in 2008, they will start implementing 30-second advertisements before each video.

Google, which acquired the site last year for $1.65 billion, believes that video will be the next big thing for Internet advertising.

I bet they hope so if they ever plan on making that billion dollars back some how.
