You don’t need a skylight to bring sunlight into a room.

Parans has been improving their solar panels and lighting products and are at a point now where they can put sunlight into almost any room in the house. Using fiber optic technology, they can send sunlight into any room in the house up to 20 meters away from the nearest roof or facade.

Also, with different light fixtures, the sunlight projected can be of different degrees. For instance, the Parans L1 gives off light as if you’re standing under a tree as the light shines through the leaves while the Parans L5 reveals light as if it is coming out of a shaft from above.

But the only thing is that this lighting system is not available to customers in the United States yet. They are still looking for an authorized dealer to represent them here.
