This chiffon dress is suitable for a spring or summer wedding. It has a conservative neckline, but shows off your sunkissed stems. I love the color of the wrap belt & the bottom layer. The color of the dress is actually black but the bottom layer turns it into a cafe mocha color. Yummy.
