Would you ride a bike to work? What about a DKNY bike?

Neon orange bikes, like the one pictured above, will be sprinkled around New York City courtesy of DKNY next week. The company partnered up with the city’s Department of Transportation for this pro-environment campaign that aims to promote bike riding.

The non-gas guzzling modes of transportation will be chained up at bike stations in various city neighborhoods.

I’m really craving suede lately, and these colorful DKNY hobos might be just the quencher I need. Especially the camel one, which will go with anything since it’s neutral but still punchy enough to brighten up darker-hued ensembles. Sumptuous! They’re really perfect for Spring, too, which is gearing up to have a flower-power, hippy vibe.

I do have to say that as cute as they are, I wouldn’t pay $295 for one. Thankfully, they’re on sale (along with loads of other stuff) now at Bloomingdale’s, where they’re having a 40% off (already reduced prices) event until January 21.

Here’s a sneak peek at the Seven for All Mankind ads that will debut in October.  Surprisingly enough this is the first print campaign for the monster denim brand.  You would think they’d be more exciting since this is their entree into the ad game, but I like the one looking over the city, and those trousers are hot stuff.  The model is Carolyn Murphy and the guy below is Tyson Ballou, who has appeared in ads for BCBG, Hugo Boss, DKNY and Emporio Armani.
