Met Costume Institute Gala: Christina Ricci
I’m willing to forgive Christina Ricci for all those gross Black Snake Moan billboards I was forced to endure for months strictly based on her appearance at the Met gala. Normally, those of the porcelain skin persuasion look washed out in ivory, but not Christina. Someone bronzed this girl up right!
I love the subtly of the dress, which actually makes that hot pink lipstick work. I’m also partial to the way her black hair and shoes match. Who would have thought?
And a silver clutch on top of all that? My heart is aflutter.
