I am always so thoroughly impressed when I see how bloggers dress — every day, year round. It’s amazing to see the innovation, how they never seem to repeat outfits, how they mix and match their pieces for fresh looks. And as we transition into winter, I’m especially loving the way bloggers are transitioning to a new season.
Here are some of my favorite recent looks/posts/bloggers for you to die over. Tell me whose pre-winter style is your favorite!
V at Grit & Glamour – WVW: MNG by MANGO Reveal at jcpenny* – V has been traveling! First to Barcelona for a great blogger campaign with MNG by MANGO, and then to NYC for the reveal of a fab group photo. You have to check out how she pairs a bright red shirt dress with over-the-knee boots and awesome spiked bangles. Perfect for the seasonal transition, and a standout look you’ll love.
Kristina at Pretty, Shiny, Sparkly – Glitterati by Pretty, Shiny, Sparkly – One of V’s partners-in-crime at the MNG by MANGO was Kristina of PSS, and she just revealed some clothing-design work of her very own! A signature blouse she created for her new line “Glitterati by Pretty, Shiny, Sparkly” was on sale for just two days (I missed the perfect late-fall piece, too!). Although the amazing “Sergeant Sparkle” blouse with sparkly accents is off the market now, you have to check it out anyway AND stay tuned for more designs from her in the future. It’s a glimpse at an upcoming design career (hopefully — the piece is fantastic). Can’t wait!
Nina at XOXO, Nina – Leopard in the Afternoon – Nina is a personal friend of mine, and consistently delivers some of the best looks around. For you readers with warmer climate, Nina is the go-to girl for transitional style out West. Check out how she layers boots, tights, a double-breasted jacket, a peek of leopard… and a crazy-pretty Louis Vuitton bag. Eeee! (FYI, check out other posts for more bags. I would love to steal from Nina’s handbag collection. It’s over-the-top incredible.)
Christina at the View from 5ft.2 – Paris in 48 hours, part one – OK. So aside from the amazing outfit Christina rocks in this post (bold necklace, a touch of shimmer all over, the perfect use of a blazer in winter white!), the pictures of this blogger’s trip to Paris are bananas. I kid you not. I was drooling over Versailles.
