Animal Instinct: Faux Fur Is Still In

I don’t know about you but it’s still freezing where I am, and the one thing I’m still loving is fur. Lots of layers are always fantastic for this weather, but if you don’t want to feel too bundled up, then add a bit of fur (faux, of course) and you’ll be just as warm!

Here are a few of my picks for what’s keeping me warm this season. Oh, and the best part about this time of year? All this cold weather stuff is now on sale!

I’m loving the color of this vest, it would be great over jeans and even over a dress with some over the knee boots! It’s just enough fur without getting grizzly.

I adore Rachel Zoe’s line for QVC, and the faux fur is such great quality. I don’t ever leave my house without a scarf, and a warm, furry scarf is just what’s needed on those super cold, windy days.

Fur to work? Why yes you can! A blazer with fur trim is adorable and work appropriate. Pair it with a v-neck sweater and some nice dress pants, and it looks perfectly professional and warm!

Are you into the fur trend as well? What else are you wearing to stay stylish but also keep warm?

Ooooh! I just wore my faux fur vest today! It’s freezing, even in South Texas, where it’s typically 70 degrees! What is goin’ on?! LOL Love your fur faves!

I know right? It’s getting chilly here in sunny southern California. One of my favorites would be my faux fur hat.

  3. I agree to that. Faux fur is still in. Faux fur items are making a huge splash all over the world.

  4. I haven’t gotten into the faux fur trend, just yet. I’m afraid that the pug might think it’s a “friend” or something. However, I have heard some seriously great things on the Rachel Zoe line for QVC.
