I long for the next weekend I have when I’ll be able to go to the beach. The sand, the breeze, the waves of the

ocean– so picturesque and relaxing. I love wading into the water, taking my time, then when it feels right, diving right in and splashing around in the waves. After awhile and before I turn prunish, I then run back to the sand and instead of drying off, lay down on my back, and let the sun dry the water off.
It feels so good, so much better than a massage, so calming and soothing and natural.
But in order to make the day really last, the next activities on your to-do beach list, right before throw a frisbee, buy an ice cream and make a sandcastle, has to be some preventative beauty measures. If you don’t take some precautions, you’re going to feel pretty awful the next day, or even that evening. Here are some must-do tips for your next beach day. Enjoy it and soak up the sun, but here are the absolute necessary steps to make sure your hair doesn’t feel like straw, your skin doesn’t look like a boiled lobster and your hands and face aren’t oily.
1. Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen. We all know the statistics on skin cancer, and even if we don’t know them by heart, we know that sunscreen is the number one preventative measure to take to reduce the risks of skin cancer. And it’s so easy! Buy yourself a can of the spray on sunscreen in SPF25 to ma
ke it easier to reach the hard to reach places, and you’ll be good to go!
2. Oil-free facial sunscreen. The necessary compliment to the spray-on, all-over-body sunscreen is the specific face sunscreen. Normal sunscreen is too oily for your face. Make sure you buy a second bottle that won’t leave you greasy.
3. Spray-on conditioner, spray-on highlight and lemon juice. Your hair will be crunchy from all the sand and salt in the sea, so give it a little squirt of conditioner plus a spritz of lemon juice or leave-in highlighter serum that will catch the sun’s rays and give you a nice summer hair color.
4. Disposable facewash cloths. Get yourself some of those disposable, on-the-go facewash scrubbies. With these, you will be able to wipe your skin clear after a dip in the ocean or before you reapply some sunscreen, just so you aren’t clogging your pores.

Great tips! I love Sunsilk hair products because they are inexpensive and so easy to use. We tend to use a lot of product in the summer since we are always in the sun and water – again, Sunsilk is a great “go-to” product!
Hi there, I found your website via Google while looking for a comparable matter, your site came up, it seems to be great. I have bookmarked it in my google bookmarks.
