Get Ready for Summer: Ab Workouts Now!

I had back surgery in 2006, and ever since, my abs have been kind of week. Believe it or not, your back and abs work together to support your upper body. When you have a weak back, your abs will likely become weak, and when you have weak abs, you may feel back pain. It’s a vicious cycle that I know all too well. Swimsuit Season

I’m not really concerned with developing abs of steel, but I definitely want to get healthier and have a better body, especially for the summer when you can’t avoid swimsuit season. I found this cool resource with daily ab workouts that I thought I would share.

Be healthy and happy!
