Athletic Apparel for Style and Comfort

Call me ridiculous or impractical, but I love looking good at the gym. I have no problem with baggy sweats and big tee shirts, but when I can, I like to look as stylish as possible. No matter the case, I’m never willing to sacrifice practicality and comfort for style. The gym should be about working out and getting healthy, and I always try to be focused and “in the zone.”

When at the gym, I try to stay clear of super short shorts and super tight tops. I want to have the flexibility to breathe and move. I’m also working up a sweat, so I avoid makeup.

Yoga Capri PantsI’ve been wanting a pair of yoga capri pants for a while. I’ve always worked out in pants or shorts, but I’ve never felt 100% comfortable in either. With pants, I feel too hot, too quickly. With shorts, I’m worried that I’m going to accidentally flash someone, and I like to keep myself covered and dignified.

I love these pants because you can wear them around town to run errands and whatnot. I’m a sucker for comfortable clothing that looks good!

I have 2 pairs and I love them! Old Navy/Gap used to have a bunch. And Express did too at one point.
