So, I went to a Sarah Bareilles concert last night with a group of fabulous female friends. As it always happens, when congregating at a public event in a group of 5+ girls (without bringing boyfriends, or significant others, or potential relationships, etc) it is customary to dress in some unified manner. For us, it was the standard LBD, with each girl adding her own personal touch. I was highly impressed by how each of us were able to assert a personal style, yet still be unified by a single, basic element. I was even more impressed, however, by the style of Sarah B. herself. So, here’s a tribute to a fabulous female vocalist Sarah Bareilles, and her undeniably sweet fashion sense.
                                                     
To solidify yourself as the sweet feminine soloist tinkering away on the piano, one must have the schoolgirl charm down pat. For Sarah B, tonight that mean a golden shift dress and a long strand of pearls. Absolutely beautiful.
