I don’t know if I mentioned this but I miss my long hair, and I am sick of my bangs!
They satisfied my craving at the time but now I am over them. I was looking back at pictures and I miss feeling like a girl with long hair. I think short cuts have a lot of style and spunk but nothing exudes class and femininity like long flowing locks.
Well when I set myself to something, I get really impatient and want it NOW! I hate waiting, especially for my hair to grow. The irony is I have been told that my hair grows pretty fast, especially my bangs which are always in my eyes a few days after a trim!
As luck would have it I recently had an appointment with my dermatologist about my face, but I figured while I was there and paying for the appointment I might as well ask what he recommends to aid hair growth.
Well he told me to take the following vitamin supplement:
Apparently BIOTIN aids in healthy hair, strong nails and scalp! I didn’t know that did you? Plus it doesn’t have a funny taste or smell and is quite small and pleasant to take. I take one with breakfast now, and even if it is just my imagination, I think it is working!
My hair seems shiny again!
By the way it is “yeast free” high potency biotin in a vegetarian capsule.
Retail is $25.49 On Sale for $11.48 (you save 55%)

I take Biotin in the form of Hair Skin and Nails vitamins. It really works for my hair but it has not shown any effect on my nails.
A friend of mine also told me that taking prenatal vitamins helps a lot….but I will just stick with the Biotin for now.
Ive been taking Biotin for about 8 months now because i’m trying to grow my natural hair color out again. (i died my hair black and im naturally dirty blonde =/) Anyways, It has really made my hair grow fast (more than 4 inches) and it is very shiny. Plus, i only wash my hair every other day now and the natural oils in my hair really nourish it, it looks so much healthier now. But, make sure you take a supplement with at least 3,000 mcg or more per serving, otherwise its just a waste you wont even really notice the difference. I buy mine from GNC, and they actually have one that is 5,000 Mcg that i just started taking and it works great!
yeah, taking Prenatal vitamins helps with healthy skin and hair too. you could also get extensions, maybe.
I had extensions for 6 months and it was awesome. it’s pricey but i was a hair model so it was free…:)
Wait..but does that mean all the other hair on your body will grow faster too?
I take botin, started a month ago when my thyroid meds started making my hair fall out, I’m hoping with changing meds and taking the biotin will help. I take the 5000 mcg a day. So far no real change, but I’m not going to stop.
Us horsewomen have known about Biotin forever – helps our horses’ hooves grown strong. It’s found naturally in grass but is also a huge seller in the horse supplement business.
this is going to be my first time but so far ive been hearing good reviews, and not just from this website, so im going to buy it today

I take supplements from GNC for skin nails and hair that contain Botin. I hope that’s enough.
