I had dinner with four of my best gal pals last night. After a fun filled afternoon of discount shopping at our local retail stores. Major topic of discussion: Diet Pills
Basically boiled down to what we all have tried, what works and what made us feel like crack heads?
The conversation started with my friend who recently had a baby yet somehow managed to shed all the baby weight in about 4 months! Miraculous by “regular” people standards. Turns out she has been taking “ALLI” diet pills. Bottomline it doesn’t make you sweat or feel overheated like (Hydroxycut and Xenadrine) and you don’t get the racing heart syndrome and shakes that accompany those products, what you do get though is ANAL LEAKAGE!
Straight up! If you eat bad stuff (ex. fatty foods, oily foods, etc.) what Alli does is prevents your body from absorbing it. So if you’re not absorbing it, there is only one other place it could go? OUT! She said she started spotting “oil” when she first started using it and it made her gasy.
Strange part is, as gross as she said it was, she actually thought it was kind of cool because she felt it worked since she could actually see the results in her underwear. Yeah, go figure I have strange friends right? Sorry but I thought that part was super gross. The “anal leakage” she says provided the incentive in eating well, to avoid the gas and perhaps “accidents” while out.
Well, in her case it worked. The lass lost the weight, but I ask you… is the anal leakage worth it?
I use to work in the pharmacy and this product reminded me of what use to be a prescription drug, Xenical that garnered similar results, turns out the Alli diet pill itself is a reduced strength version of the prescription weight loss drug Xenical (also known as Orlistat). So that makes sense.
Well girls it works if you are interested, as for me … I think I will sit this one out.
Price $59.95 for 150 capsules

So what kind of food do you suggest that you eat while on the alli diet.
Hi, well I tried the Alli pills and I will not continue! I found a good gum that stops me feeling hungry from a company called http://www.good-diets.com its cheap and I have lost 55Lb now, I wont go back to the Alli pills due to the toilet problems.
I used xenical in November, 2001 and had wonderful results. The key to both xenical and alli, which i am currently using is DO NOT EXCEED THE RECCOMENDED FAT USEAGE! With xenical I ate frest fruit, yougarts, and for my dinner i relied on Pam Spray for chicken or fish with dry seasoning (stir-fry) then I used 1 tablespoon of sesamie seed oil and fresh vegies for a wonderful stir-fry. I have celiac sprue disease, so my doctor was amazed that I lost 21 pounds in three weekss and never got diareah or leakage.
sirs, i am suffering from anal smelling since two years i consulted all doctors please let me know if you have any tablets for it and cost of it a. where it is aviliable in bangalore or some where
.waiting for your reply soon
I can recommend fat burning supplements from another company that a friend had good luck with. There don’t seem to be any side effects – they are only contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation because of a lack of data for this group. They contain mostly natural ingredients such as rhododendron caucasicum, and green tea, which are both rich in antioxidants and milk thistle which supports the liver.
They Call it the Alli Opps!

If you have issues with poor eating habits, maybe Alli is the motivation you require. It may have those side effects but it is giving positive results.
