Cozy Deal: Design History Cardigan Sweater

As we all know, it’s been unusually warm this year throughout the country. In fact, I was just in Michigan this weekend, and even though it’s October, I was bopping around in a thin summer sweater.  This means coats and jackets are pretty much out of the question until who knows when, and “sweater weather” is in full effect.

Which brings me to the point of this post: this Design History Bobble Stitch Cardigan. The short Dolman sleeves make it a perfect layering piece.  Were it mine, I would add a long sleeve tee in a striking color to give this sweater even more oomph. Not that it needs it, with all those adorably chic details–the bobble stitching, the textured shoulders, the double-breasted style.  Plus, it’s a workhorse piece that will go with everything from pencil skirts to leggings.

And, of course, it’s on sale.  It’s $93 (old price: $158).
