Forbes Richest Models List

So, which model do you think brings home the most bacon? That would be Giselle Bundchen, according to Forbes, which just released its list of the world’s top earning models. Giselle is far ahead of the pack, bringing in about $33 million, which she earns from a licensing deal with Brazilian shoe company Grendene and by working on 20 different ad campaigns. Kate Moss came in a distant second with only $9 million (how does that poor woman sleep at night?). Here’s the rest of the list, which took into consideration each model’s earnings within the last year:

The Forbes article also reports that a successful, “hardworking model,” who earns about $250 and hour for a runway show, can make about $200, 000 in a season if she does about 70 shows. Of course, that’s usually a one-shot deal since there’s no shortage of model’s vying for a chance to strut down the runway.
