We have all heard “an apple a day keeps the doctor away,” but what happens when we are tired of eating the same thing all the time? What else can we eat? • Calcium (healthy bones): diary milk, yogurt and eggs
  • Magnesium (healthy organs): fish, meat, wholegrain, mushrooms, beans, and nuts
