Honestly, I don’t know if its the cold weather or just the fact that I notoriously hold all my tension in my shoulders and lower back but I would kill for a decent massage right now. Only problem is I am way too busy to go to some fancy pants spa, nor can I afford it. So I have been considering purchasing some sort of home base back massager.

I definitely don’t want to get one that looks like its for pleasure not stress. (Though if that’s your thing, I am not judging..) Some of these massagers look entirely too cumbersome. Too many bells and whistles, plus they look like they can also be used at a construction site.

I think the XTC Back Handheld Massager is a nice choice. The use of the term “XTC” at first raised some red flags but I have decided to chalk it up as a clever marketing title, plus since the used the intials rather than the word ecstasy helps too.
