Natural Diet Pills - Apple Cidar Vinegar Diet Pills Holidays are over and now it’s time to assess the physical damage to the ol’ gutsky!

Now that the holidays are half way over you might want to start forming a fitness regime that includes losing all the holiday food you have been scarfing. I find that many of the over the counter brands make me feel dizzy, sweaty and very well… “cracky”. (For lack of a better term..)

Well one of my friends recently told me about some sort of apple-vinegar pills that helped her shed some weight and were healthier. I haven’t tried it, but it seems interesting.

    Here are the claims:

    1. Suppresses the appetite so you eat less
    2. Enhances calorie and fat burning
    3. Encourages weight loss when used along with a healthy diet and exercise plan
    4. Binds bile acids in the small intestine and then facilitates its elimination from the body
    5. Helps maintain healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels already in normal range
    6. Supports healthy circulation of blood and oxygen throughout your body
    7. Provides superior support to your entire cardiovascular system
    8. Promotes joint health, comfort, and flexibility
    9. Promotes better digestion and relieves occasional heartburn
    10. Regulates the pH balance in your body so it is not too acidic or too alkaline
    11. Breaks down fat faster so it moves out… fast!
    12. Provides life-giving minerals, trace elements, and vitamins to every cell

Hmmm, seems like something worth trying! I’ll give it a go and let you guys know how it goes..

Years ago my GrandMother told me about witches brew and I should drink it every day. It is vinegar and honey mixed togather. I am 71 and not overweight also healthy.

Why do these diet regimes have such discouraging names, such as “Witches Brew”? The fact that the pills (above) have the word “vinegar” in them make me just want to cringe…they don’t motivate at all! The thought of having to lose weight is so overwhelming that most don’t want to even try; then some genious comes up with these that further discourage…

Why can’t someone invent the “don’t worry about some curves/cosmopolitan or margarita flavored” pill? I would RUN to the store for that one. :-)

So yesterday I read about the vinegar cider pills and thought “no way,” until further research on the internet shows that the best thing to go along with dieting and excercise is a pill that contains one or more of the following ingredients: Fiber, Kelp, Lecithin, Chromium Picolinate, and vitamin C. Low and behold, the Cider pills have all of the above!!! I think I will try it afterall.

I think anything is worth trying. I think I’ll get some. I also read about cayenne pepper on the bottle. Oprah once lost weight with a liquid diet like this pill. although she gained it all back once she started eating as u know. But, I’ll give it a try. I’ve been doing stairs lately and my knees r killing me.

How about portion control and exercise. Laurie try an exercise bicycle or elliptical machine - it is less pounding on the knees. You can balance out exercise with your upper body as well. Be creative. This product sounds like it would just increase hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Many people say that drinking the apple cider vinegar with a glass of warm water makes them feel full so they dont eat quite as much. That’s a bonus that combined with diet and exercise will do wonders for weight loss, I imagine!
