So apparently there is a new drug circulating the club scene, its used to shrink fat and it’s most habitual users are MEN not women!

What is this drug you ask … PREPARATION H!

Turns out meat heads have begun lathering up with good ol’ Preparation H to shrink the fat on their torsos temporarily! Applying a dab or so below the eyelids after a late night has been widely circulated to reduce swelling and to ease the appearance of late night benders but this is News to Me!

Applying Preparation H to the torso seems to be an old competitive body building trick that temporarily shrinks fat deposits and helps you look buffer. Well I figure this must work for those who are caring a touch of the ol’ water weight around the gut. I highly doubt applying Preparation H to your roll of blubber will magically melt it away and expose your hidden six pack. But nonetheless pretty interesting stuff.

“The bodybuilders I know use it on their obliques — their love handles — to take away any lingering water weight before shows,” (club bouncer Rob) Fitzgerald told ABC News. “The guys in the clubs heard about this, and the use of it spread virally like some kind of Internet meme.”

Preparation H contains a medication called phenylephrine HCL that — when used for the drug’s intended purpose — will shrink the swollen tissues of hemorrhoids. It works by constricting the nearby blood vessels that feed blood and fluid to the area.

Hmmm, well I don’t know about you ladies but I think I am going to pick up a tub of Preparation H and get to lathering my butt! Maybe it will shrink? Ha!
