Now that I have two children going to school, the morning routine has doubled in complexity and the clock seems to move twice as fast. Preparing a routine and taking advantage of ways to cut corners and shave even minutes off the morning madness can be a lifesaver and will help things run more smoothly all the way around. Here are a few ways to help you save time in the morning:
1. Plan Outfits Ahead of Time. Picking out separate outfits for each of the kids in the morning can easily swallow 10 morning minutes every school day. Reclaim that time, and take an opportunity on Sunday to plan out each child’s outfit for Monday through Friday. If your daughter only has three pairs of good school jeans, set them out for Monday through Wednesday. On Tuesday or Wednesday evening, wash the already worn jeans and add them to their appropriate outfits for the remainder of the week. This Days of the Week Closet Organizer makes it easy to organize a week’s worth of outfits.
2. Check for Important Papers Daily. During the week, as soon as your son walks through the door, go through his book bag with him. This will avoid any morning surprises, such as finding out you’re the parent sending snacks for 20 kids that day, and you can go through and fill out any forms or permission slips that are due back. Those little things munch away at morning minutes like nobody’s business.
3. Get Started On Lunch The Night Before. If your children take sack lunches, put together whatever you can, like tossing in juice boxes, raisins and cut carrots, into their lunch boxes the night before. This will keep you from having to rummage around in the morning. Then you only have to worry about whipping up a few quick sandwiches while you’re getting breakfast together.
4. Keep Breakfast Simple. Weekends were invented for crazy huge breakfasts. During the week, stick to quick and easy meals that can be thrown together with little effort, yet are filling and nourishing to your little learner. Your kids won’t suffer if they have a bowl of granola cereal with fresh bananas sliced in and cup of ice cold milk or juice. Or, if they prefer something warm, microwave some oatmeal or slather some peanut butter on warm toast, and they’ll be ready to rock in the time that it would take just to heat your frying pan.
School day mornings bring a blur of activity that can’t be controlled. You can’t very well dress your children the night before or skip essentials like hair and teeth brushing. You do, however, have the power to buy back some of those precious morning minutes and give yourself a little break by doing a few things ahead of time.

I also have two children, I am sometimes very difficult to manage time.
sometimes hours to move not only doubled but many-fold.
okay i will try your suggestion.
