Everyone has their personal preference when it comes to Oreo-munching techniques. Some folks are die-hard cream first fans, while others think that anything less than the whole cookie dipped in milk is an abomination. No matter what side of the fence you’re on, you can agree, they’re chocolatey and delicious.
While I love the classic Oreo-milk combo, I’m a bigger fan of desserts inspired by the American favorite. My absolute dream dessert is the Oreo pizza. The only flaw in its design is that it attracts children, who for some unknown reason, want to eat it and expect me to share.
If you’re better at sharing than I am, try this recipe on your kids. They’ll eat their meatloaf with smiles on their faces if they’re getting Oreo pizza for dessert.
Ingredients
- Brownie mix
- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup Reese’s Pieces
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease a 14-inch pizza pan
Follow included instructions to mix brownie batter. Stir in Oreo cookie crumbs. Spread batter on pizza pan and bake for approximately 18 minutes. Check center with toothpick to confirm it’s baked through. Sprinkle the hot brownie crust with marshmallows and bake for an additional 3 minutes. Marshmallows should be lightly browned. Adorn with walnuts and Reese’s Pieces and serve warm. Dish up a scoop of ice cream and you’ll think you’ve found heaven.
