I um…”passed gas” so much! I felt like a guy.
I went to the bathroom every 5 mins. I didnt think that was very normal..literally every 5.
I know it’s written that you become “tired” with pregnancy, but until you’ve experienced 1st Trimester Exhaustion, you have no idea what “tired” really means!
I got hemorrhoids during the pregnancy, never mind the delivery part. Ugh.
My skin became so dry and itchy that I had to go to a dermatologist to be prescribed products to help me with the problem.
Everyone talked about how their skin glowed. My skin never glowed. All I got was pimples all over my forehead and when I say all over, I mean all over!
The “leaks” when you laugh, sneeze, cough, breathe too heavily.
Pantyliners are still useful while pregnant!
u could get hungry like crazy if u missed a meal! and that could happen all throughout your pregnancy.
i missed breakfast on one ocassion becoz of travelling to a picnic spot with some friends. i couldnt stop eating for the 1st half an hour once we arrived. my friends were stunned seeing me eating
well, that happened during my 3rd trimester
You forget everything!
I believe the “peachy, very healthy complexion” is the unexpected sign of pregnancy.
Bad, bad stretch marks that creams and lotions won’t even think of helping… Forget about that picture perfect preggo belly!
Shortness of breath. Once you get to a certain point in your pregnancy you may have this occur!
Heartburn, Heartburn and some more Heartburn!!! Eat Papaya… it helps!!!
Get ready for “kicks and punches”! —-> During the last trimester of my pregnancy I could see (and feel!) my son’s feet and fists intensely pressing against my belly and they made little bulges as he kicked and punched… It was AWESOME!
A kick in the ribs from your little one! This can take your breath away…or give you that needed jolt when you’re fading from exhaustion
Stop scratching your belly…I know It’s hard to handle that itchy feels mostly on summer time and on your 7 or 8 months pregnancy, but the more you scratch the more scar you’ll carry.
a: moringsickness b; hiemorhoids c: ganeing whight d: hartbearn e: ging to the bath room a lot f:strich marks and a lots more lol
Constipation!! Sometimes the result of the pre-natal vitamins… Do not take them for a few days and drink lots of water
Stuffy nose — totally wasn’t expecting that to happen
Bigger feet! Mine grew almost a whole size.
Wow…where to start, lol (not to scare any newly preggo mamas!). The glow they talk about? My only ‘glow’ was perspiration from being SO hot (the temperature kind, trust me the other kind just didn’t come into play) all the time. And sleep – forget about it later on in the pregnancy, there’s just no way to get comfy! And let me talk about hair…not the stuff on my head either…you get hair where no hair has gone before, lol. I sprouted some hairs on my breasts nothing monkeyish, but trust me, any hair there is not a good thing! I could go on, but I’ve depressed myself, and surely scarred some others, so I’ll stop…maybe next time around will be better?!?? lol.
pregnancy mask or malaisia (sp?) on the face! It stinks because it’s almost impossible to get rid of!
Thanks so much!!

Post-Partum Depression! I did not have it severely, but I definitely
experienced it after the birth of my second son. I also started having hot flashes. I would wake up at night drenched, and at first I was scared to death. It took some time and help, but I got through it. Thanks very much…..Cindi
My first pregnancy was very healthy, until the 8th month I started retaining a lot of water (my legs looked like 2 posts) and was preeclamptic. I was exercising every day!
It was totally out of the blue!
A first symptom is sore breasts.
I never get sick,so feeling like I had the worse hangover ever for 13 weeks straight was not much fun,I had a stuffy nose the whole 40 weeks too !
Extra “gases.” I burped and tooted way more while I was pregnant! Also, a stuffy nose, who knew?
Constipation and itchy breasts. Who knew?!
I tarnished silver when I was pregnant. How weird is that? My silver jewelry would turn black within a week.
I was surprised by how much my breasts hurt the first few months–that was really my first pregnancy symptom. Also, I’d assumed I would enjoy being pregnant–and I didn’t–I hated it. I felt really guilty about that at first.
Carpal Tunnel!
Feeling too warm-you are carrying around a little furnace!
I was suprised with #2, I got full really fast. I couldn’t finish my meals.

I got tendonitis during my first pregnancy. That was totally unexpected.
They speak of exhaustion in the first trimester, and promise that by the second you’ll feel “bursts” of energy…butttt not always. Some of us lucky ladies are sleepy and feel like we are moving through a cloud throughout our ENTIRE pregnancies!
expect heartburn!! it sucks.
